Range of Use
ELK-type electrical switchboards are designed for use as main switchboards, distribution centers and group boards for buildings, and as relay and logic control panels. The strong construction of the corpus and efficient protection against external effects enable to use it both indoors (IP32) and outdoors (IP54) as well as in field conditions. The switchboards can be used in industry, civil engineering, and in low-voltage assemblies of the electrical system.

The corpus of the switchboard is made of 1.5 mm lamina. The corpuses designed for external installations and IP54 are zinc-covered, and the doors are sealed, respectively. The switchboard can be designed both as a single box as well as a multi-box type assembly. Vertical partitions of installation tables are made of lamina, horizontal partitions are made of either lamina or PC plastic lobe, according to the need. The bushings are Pg29 rubber bushings and C-size multi-bushings. This provides the insulation of parts of schema, and enables to maintain them separately.
For the centers that are wider than 1800 mm there is a location determined where to disassemble them for transportation.

Installation Systems and Measurement
Switchboards can be installed on the wall, foot, or floor with socle, respectively.
The depth of corpuses is 125 mm, 175 mm, 225 mm, 325 mm or 507 mm. The minimal measurement of the modules is 300x350 mm (h x w), and the maximum measurement is 1950 x 650 mm. The standard widths are 350 mm, 450 mm, 550 mm, 650 mm and 1000 mm. The standard heigths are 300 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm, 900 mm, 1050 mm, 1200 mm, 1350 mm, 1500 mm, 1650 mm, 1800 mm, 1950 mm and 2100 mm. If installed on the floor, the height of the socle of 100 mm is added.
